- technical logs: truncated ip addresses and user-agent strings for rate-limiting purposes.
- account data: email address and cryptographic session identifiers for registered portal users.
- transaction metadata: public blockchain addresses submitted for risk scoring. we do not link these to your personal identity.

your data is exclusively used to provide the requested security analytics. we do not utilize your submitted wallet addresses for marketing purposes, nor do we build behavioral profiles of our users.

sentinelpay utilizes minimal functional cookies required for session management and security verification (via cloudflare turnstile). we do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

we utilize cloudflare for ddos protection and supabase for secure authentication. these providers are compliant with global data protection standards (gdpr). no transaction-specific data is shared with these entities.
06. data retention
public scan history is ephemeral and automatically purged from our caching layer. registered business data is retained only for the duration of the active subscription period.
07. user rights
under gdpr and international privacy laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data held by sentinelpay. requests can be directed to our security officer through the portal's support channels.
08. security measures
all internal data transit is encrypted using tls 1.3. sensitive account identifiers are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms to ensure your data remains secure in the event of an infrastructure breach.

we reserve the right to update this policy as our infrastructure evolves. significant changes will be broadcast through the sentinelpay dashboard and official communication channels.
