01. agreement to terms
by accessing or using the sentinelpay security platform and api services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
02. description of service
sentinelpay provides real-time security analytics, wallet risk scoring, and transaction monitoring for digital asset platforms. the service is designed as a security aid; however, final transaction authorization remains the sole responsibility of the user.
03. user obligations
you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- attempting to reverse-engineer or manipulate the sentinelpay scoring heuristics.
- using automated tools to execute denial-of-service attacks against api endpoints.
- utilizing the service to facilitate fraudulent transactions or smart contract exploits.
- sharing api credentials or bypassing access control mechanisms.
04. credit system and billing
access to high-frequency api endpoints requires sentinelpay credits. credits are non-refundable and represent pre-payed computing resources. we reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with a 30-day notice period for enterprise clients.
05. intellectual property
all software, algorithms, brand assets, and content on the sentinelpay platform are the exclusive property of sentinelpay. users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize api outputs for internal security operations.
06. limitation of liability
sentinelpay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law, sentinelpay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from lost assets, smart contract failures, or security breaches on the user's platform.
07. privacy policy
sentinelpay adheres to a strict data minimization policy. we collect only the necessary technical logs required for service delivery and billing. we do not sell user data to third parties. for more information, contact our security team.
08. termination
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user found to be in violation of these terms, or for any activity that compromises the security and stability of our global infrastructure.
09. governing law
these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of croatia. any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in croatia.
